Pvd   Vacuum Metallizer Machine Thermoforming for helmet contains the DC magnetron sputtering cathode and  tungsten filament evaporation sourcesto deposit the metal films, mostly like Aluminum or Stainless steel 316 L, which are healthy for human body.   Plus the anode layer ion source unit which is  used to generate plasma, to remove the contamination and water moleculare which gassing out during high vacuum environment , can highly improve the film adhesion.
