After 14 weeks hard working, Congratulations our 1st set double-sides Gold plating machine has delivered to customer. Thanks for everyone of Royal's team who has been participated in this project in different stages.
Conventional gold or silver coatings on glassware, glass cups, vase etc are by aluminum vacuum metallization combine the UV spraying or thermal curing line. Please refer to below video

In 2020, we developed an advanced coating technology to generate decorative colors on glassware directly without spraying painting processes ( base and post coatings), which is by ion plating technology- arc evaporation.
This coating method is completely get rid of the spraying paintings, help customers to reduce the investment of production line and labor cost, saving energies.
