The PVD plating process is between base and top lacquer thermal heating painting process. We can get high quality of Chrome color, stainless steel color and gold colors.
Except the high finishing surface, abrasion wearing and anti-corrosion properties, the hardness also can achieve up to 4H.
Besides, Polycold device is for option especially for ABS parts processing.
