It is a long story to start cooperation with our Tianjin customer, who was sub-contractor of Sumsung electronic products ( laptop, mobile phone cases etc.). One day, we received a call and consulted us whether we can provide EMI shielding films coating recipes on theirs currently machine which was an old machine. After communication, we sent our engineer Mr. Shi to customer’s site for an initially inspection, but we found the machine was not designed for EMI shielding film coating. With a further discussion, we suggested the customer that they can used the machine to coat NCVM film with the exclusive designed evaporation source and evaporation materials. Only 2 times testing and the coated samples got approval by final customer.
Since that, the customer had ordered totally 12 sets machines from us.
We realized how important to provide the coating technologies to end users. We are very proud to see the customer's project succeed always.
