    Traditionally these parts are Chrome Electroplated, Chrome plating as a stable, excellent shiny decoration, corrosion prevention and abrasion wearing film surface treatment, in the last decades, it extensively be used for many industries. However, the hexavalent Chrome (Cr6+) electroplating damaged health of operators and ruined our environment. So, trivalent Chrome (Cr3+) was used to taken place of the (Cr6+) plating.  General Information:

 

RTAC1616-SPDC PVD metalizer  is designed to replace the electroplating chrome process, it is 

 equipped with multi-arc vacuum coating sources and DC sputtering cathodes, which available for all plastic and metal substrate products PVD chrome plating.

The PVD plating process is between base and top lacquer thermal heating painting process. We can get high quality of Chrome color, stainless steel color and gold colors.

Except the high finishing surface, abrasion wearing and anti-corrosion properties, the hardness also can achieve up to 4H.

Besides, Polycold device is for option especially for ABS parts processing.
